Our health club is one of the best equipped in the area. Our staff is all fully qualified health professionals and will take personal care to ensure you can achieve the results you are after.Our recently refurbished state of the art facility comes complete with everything you need to empower you to get fit and feel great.

Our center caters for all uses with a total of 3 courts and a Meeting Room
Belmont Oasis caters for all your social events from a simple work meeting all the way up to a state sporting tournament. The Main sports hall has 2 courts and a fixed stand and the minor sports hall has 1 court, we also have a separate kitchen for events held on the courts. Our Group Fitness room is carpeted and air-conditioned and perfect for a work meeting. All of our bookings come with up to 40 tables and And 150 chairs at no extra cost.

All this combined with great music and an array of LCD TVs provides you with an energizing, stimulating atmosphere that motivates you and gives you the ability to push yourself even harder. Before your know it you will be breaking through previous held boundaries and redefining new personal goals.

All members receive an appraisal and personalized program catered to their specific needs and fitness levels. The exercise program is completed over a 3 month period after which we evaluate you again and write a completely new program designed to incorporate your new, improved fitness level. This service is ongoing for the duration of your membership.
