Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is a fully licensed venue with a wide range of beverages available.
We have two restaurants on site and also arrange food and beverage to suit our customers requirements.
Our staff are happy to discuss any specific requests
Parking is complimentary throughout the Resort
Yes reception is staffed 24 hours
Yes Cypress Lakes has a gym however we also have extensive paths for walking/ running.
There are also two tennis courts on site.
Yes we have one vehicle that is used to transfer guests around the resort (not outside the resort). The vehicle seats 12 guests. This vehicle services all guests so from time to time small delays occur.
Yes located in our Cypress Lakes Bistro
Yes our extensive kitchen brigade are able to cater accordingly for your requirements. Please discuss with your Event co-ordinator.
Yes - Avisual Productions are based on site and can assist with your requirements.
We have three swimming pools within the resort grounds...the main swimming pool from reception is heated, the other two are not.
We have one spa located within the grounds of the main pool near reception.
Cessnock is the closest with access also to Maitland and John Hunter Newcastle
Yes you can - we cater for corporate golf days, sporting teams and competitions and are happy to discuss any requests with you.
The fabulous Golden Door Day Spa is located a short transfer from reception. They are able to look after in house guests however advanced bookings are recommended to guarantee therapists are available. Please call them on 1800 212 011
Yes we charge a nominal 1.5% surcharge for all credit cards including American Express.
