Each room includes free Wi-Fi, inbuilt motorised projector and sound system that can link between rooms which is controlled at Jacana room for large functions. On site offers a hireable restaurant for evening dinners, amphitheatre for awards, as well as opening and closing ceremonies, and vast parklands with ample space for outdoor functions. The TYTO Conference and Events Centre is ideal for large and small corporate conferencing, workshops, meetings, retreats and much more.

Yes. Each room within the TYTO Conference and Events Centre has a ceiling mounted projector and motorised screen. Devices can be connected by HDMI or VGA.
A laptop can be arranged on request. If you have a presentation please ensure you bring this on USB.
The TYTO Conference and Events Centre is located within the TYTO Precinct near the Hinchinbrook Shire Library and TYTO Regional Art Gallery.
The Centre is easily accessible from the McIlwraith Street entrance or Macrossan Avenue entrance.
If you go to the Hinchinbrook Visitor Information Centre, you will need to walk through the parklands or over the walkway bridge to the TYTO Conference and Events Centre.
Under the level 3 restrictions for COVID-19 there are additional requirements to hold events and bookings at Council facilities, including maintaining social distancing of 1.5m at all times, and no person to attend if feeling ill or experiencing cold like symptoms. All requirements will be advised within the terms and conditions of hire. Please ensure you read this document carefully. If you have any questions please contact Council for more information.

Maximum numbers have been reduced to adhere to the 4 square metres per person rule.
