Sitting on 12 acres of extensive landscaped grounds, Mantra Lorne is the largest residential conference venue in Victoria. We cater for small management groups to large conventions with over 500 delegates. We have a range of venue options from our boardrooms to our pillar free convention centre as well as offering eight additional meeting rooms for breakout sessions.

We have our own on-site production department which offers an extensive range of audio visual equipment as well as decor and theming, entertainment sourcing and a complete stage management service. Furthermore our conference venue has a semi-permanent infrastructure in place which includes video projectors and screens, advanced audio system, theatrical lights, lecterns, microphones, dimmable house lights, permanent rigging structure and scissor lifts and multiple three phase power outlets in each room.

Frequently Asked Questions

We are the largest residential conference hotel in Regional Victoria with a total of 277 accommodation rooms and eleven meeting spaces. Our largest function space can accommodate 540 guest theatre style and 600 cocktail style.
Once the contract is issued we do require this to be signed and sent back within 7 working days along with a 30% deposit to secure the booking.
Final numbers are not required until 30 days prior to event start date.
We are very fortunate to be located on 12 acres of beautiful grounds and offer a range of free activities which include 4 x tennis courts, putting green/croquet green, lawn bowls and giant chess, which would be perfect for team building activities otherwise the beach is located directly in front of the hotel and offers another fantastic option. If you are looking at structured team building, Mantra Lorne does work with a couple of brilliant companies that can either organise something onsite or in the stunning region.
Our preferred AV supplier, Myles Productions can provide you with all your audio visual requirements and can tailor quotes to suit your needs.
Our liquor licence is until 12am however this can be extended.
Yes, but all underage guests must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Yes, you can provide your own decorations or we do work with theming companies as well.
