The Ranch Hotel is conveniently located on the brink of the Macquarie Business Park, Sydney’s second largest business district. The hotel is just a 25 minute drive to the CBD and a 35 minute drive to Sydney airport. Guests can make their own way here via public transport to the nearby Macquarie Park train station, or we can arrange a shuttle bus service.

The Hotel offers a spacious function centre with natural lighting, as well as smaller private rooms throughout the hotel and bistro. All function rooms boast high speed wireless internet access, audio visual capabilities and we welcome guests to use the large off-street car park. For the convenience of your delegates we offer 14 accommodation rooms with competitive rates and an inclusive continental breakfast box. The Bistro and bar areas can also be used for business functions to offer a change of scenery, whether it be for a break or for the whole duration of your function.

Our function rooms close at midnight. You are welcome to exit the function space & re-enter our main bar which is open until 3am. There is a lockout of 1am & RSA rules apply.
You're welcome to bring in your own cake with no additional charge.
Our catering team is definitely more than happy to make something separate for them - however we require a minimum 1 weeks notice to allow time to source and order ingredients.
Unfortunately the function has to be paid in full on or before the event. We can however arrange payment in installments if this suits your needs better.
