The Ranch Hotel caters for all occasions, functions and events including private parties, corporate meetings, all-day conferences, intimate formal dining, sophisticated cocktail parties and weddings. Events from 10 to 400 guests can be comfortably accommodated within the venue’s indoor and outdoor spaces. Tailored food and beverage packages can be prepared to suit your occasion.

Yes with parental supervision or a legal guardian.
Our function rooms close at midnight. You are welcome to exit the function space & re-enter our main bar which is open until 3am. There is a lockout of 1am & RSA rules apply.
You're welcome to bring in your own cake with no additional charge.
Our catering team is definitely more than happy to make something separate for them - however we require a minimum 1 weeks notice to allow time to source and order ingredients.
Unfortunately the function has to be paid in full on or before the event. We can however arrange payment in installments if this suits your needs better.
