Description
Astina Suites Penrith boasts 58 boutique one, two and three bedroom apartments and the first rooftop bar in the region. There is also a rooftop function room, techno gym and Recovery Studio complete with float tank, spa, sauna, steam room and ice baths.
Frequently Asked Questions
Our minimum spend for a booking on the main floor of Theo's Rooftop Bar is $100 per person. So for example, for a group of 30 people the minimum spend is $3,000.
We only take bookings at Theo's Rooftop Bar for 10 or more guests. If you have under 10 guests you can just head up to the rooftop on the day and grab a free table.
If numbers do not exceed 25, your group can order directly off the Theo's menu on the day. For larger groups we suggest choosing one of the menu options available in our Event Packages.
Bookings at Theo's are for 3 hours only, however you are more than welcome to stay and enjoy the rooftop for the remainder of the afternoon/night.
We have plenty of undercover seating available.
You are more than welcome to bring your own cake for the event. We will provide cutlery, plates and a knife for you to cut the cake. If you would prefer our kitchen to cut and portion out the cake to save you the hassle we have a $5/per head cakeage fee.
Theo's Rooftop Bar closes at midnight. Last drinks will be called at approximately 11:50pm.
You can decorate the space however you like with balloons, backdrops, flowers etc. Just let us know how much time you will need to set up so we can ensure the space is ready for you.
Any cancellation made after the security deposit has been paid will result in a loss of the full deposit amount. Once booking has been confirmed and
final payment has been paid, any cancellations or change of date made 48hrs or less prior to your event, will incur a loss of all monies paid.
Cancellations must be confirmed to Theo's in writing. In case of unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather conditions or accidents, Theo's reserves

Yes we offer Exclusive Rooftop Bar Hire for private functions. This would give you exclusive access to the entire rooftop bar including the Pool Deck, Peacock Room (Private Dining Room) and of course the main floor & bar. The rooftop bar comfortably holds up to 90 guests for a seated event and up to 200 guests for a Canape style event. Pricing is dependent on the booking time and date.
We do not allow external catering for events at Astina. We have a wide variety of menu options available for all different types of events. If you are unsure about anything or require special catering in consideration of dietary requirements, just ask!

Venue was ideal and the Comm box was extremely useful for our presentation. Morning tea was very well presented and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this venue and will book again for my next event.
