The Bentley Restaurant and Bar is located in the beautiful city of Sydney in the state of NSW. The Bentley was opened in March 2006 by Chef Brent Savage and Sommelier Nick Hildebrandt. With the Bentley came a new kind of restaurant for Sydney – one where the food could challenge and inspire you, but in a relaxed atmosphere where you could find an eclectic list of wines not offered anywhere else.
Brent has twice been awarded the Sydney Morning Herald’s Good Food Guide ‘Chef of the Year’ (2005 and 2015) and has travelled the world cooking as a guest at some of the world’s best restaurants. Nick has been awarded ‘Sommelier of the Year’ three times and his wine list earned the Sydney Morning Herald’s Good Food Guide ‘Wine List of the Year’ Award in 2007, 2012 and holds the title again for 2016.
The Bentley features a beautiful private dining area where we can cater for up to 70 guests. Fully equipped with an AV system, a digital projector is available at all times to ensure any presentations look their best. Access to a specially catered menu is also available, as well as wines tailored to your meal.
For bigger functions, the entire restaurant floor can be booked where we can cater for up to 100 guests seated, or 150 standing for cocktail functions.
Our chefs ensure that all our functions are treated with the same care and attention to detail as our casual diners with set-menu choices for large groups and functions reflecting seasonal choices and the best of what the Bentley has to offer.
