Located above the cellars, this unique sandstone room features an original rustic fireplace, natural filtered light, polished timber flooring, a six metre oak table, leather bound chairs and rustic décor to enhance the private dining experience. Perfect for celebrations amongst friends, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners or unique boutique weddings.

The Deck Room exhibits an alfresco ambience created by a glass conservatory structure, timber decking floors and superior garden/golf course views.

The suite was part of a first floor addition, built in 1840 by architect Ambrose Hallen with the aid of convict labour. Leading off the grand central staircase, this ornate drawing room enjoys expansive views over the golf course and surrounding landscaped gardens.

The Rebecca Suite constitutes part of the original 1830’s house and is steeped in historic details including a sandstone feature wall, two antique white marble fireplaces, high ornate ceilings hung with aristocratic chandeliers and cedar framed french doors opening onto the surrounding covered terrace.

Rose garden views and fairy lights at dusk give this suite a beautiful and elegant touch. Featuring a large bay window, crystal chandeliers and cosy fireplaces, it provides the perfect atmosphere during the cooler months.

The Garden Ballroom features natural light, open plan, plush carpet and quaint details, capturing the essence of old world charm. Superb for grand scale weddings celebrated and conferences.

A grand palatial space; The Georgian Grand Ballroom consists of the Garden Ballroom and The Rose Suite combined. The Georgian Grand Ballroom is the largest room at Oatlands House.

The Enchanted Garden at the rear of the manor is a more intimate space adjoining the Garden Ballroom. A sandstone brick wall and water features are set against lush palms and manicured topiaries.

Oatlands Chateau is characterised by Romanesque pillars and an ornate wrought iron canopy, is set at the very front of the property. Surrounded by picturesque landscaped gardens and set against the dramatic backdrop of the House itself, it is an ideal outdoor space for a ceremony event and dramatic photographs.

The Rose Garden sits adjacent to the Rose Suite. It features golf course views and is surrounded by private gardens including a period style water fountain.

In acknowledgement of this historic precedent a small vineyard has been planted for  guests to enjoy and to provide a beautiful backdrop for your photography.
