Located within the building that once housed Sydney’s longest-running colonial hotel, Seaman’s, dating back to the 1800s, Tap Rooms isthe first ever location for Endeavour Brewing Co.’s own brewery. It follows both brands' unique philosophy of using all-Australian, seasonally-harvested ingredients with no preservatives.
Our premium brew & smoke house offers a range of smoked producefrom the land and sea, served feast-style and accompanied with vibrant salads and house-made sauces. Endeavour’s 600-litre brewhouse is located on the ground floor, regularly hosting Brew Bar tours. In addition to house-brewed beers, the taps also pour seasonal cocktails and NSW wines from the keg. With multiple rooms to suit various types of occasions from birthdays, anniversary’s, hens & bucks parties to meetings & conferences, media events and product launches.
