Hot Plated Breakfast Package
This package includes tea and coffee, sparkling water and orange juice, shared starter platters and a hot plated breakfast. Room hire for 2 hours and basic AV facilities are included.
Full Day Conference Package
This package includes room hire (8am - 5pm), standard AV facilities, tea and coffee, sparkling water and orange juice, and full day catering. Upgrades are available - please discuss your needs with our Functions Team. Read more

Post Conference Drinks and Canape Package
This package includes all-inclusive house beverages for 1 hour, and 4 of Chef's canapes. Served for 1 hour after your conference. Additional room hire is included for 1 hour.
Morning Tea/Afternoon Tea Package
This package includes room hire for up to 2 hours, tea and coffee, sparkling water and orange juice, and 3 items from our morning tea menu. Standard AV facilities are also included. Available between 9am - 11am, and 3pm - 5pm.
Networking Light Lunch Package
Designed for stand-up/networking events with easy to eat finger-food lunch from the buffet. Packages includes tea and coffee, basic AV facilities, and room hire for up to 2 hours. Beverages are not included.
Hot Buffer Package
This package includes a selection of hot buffet items, tea and coffee, basic AV facilities, and room hire for up to 2 hours. Beverages are not included.
A La Carte Lunch Package
Set price of $73 for 2 courses, or $78 for 3 courses. Complimentary Tea, Coffee and Chocolates to conclude your meal. Room hire is included for up to 3 hours. Beverages are additional.
Three Course Set Menu Package
You choose a menu, and guests receive alternating dishes. This is a cost of $83 for 2 courses, or $93 for 3 courses. Members receive a $8 discount if hosting, organising, or paying for the event.

You choose a menu, and guests receive alternating dishes. This is a cost of $83 for 2 courses, or $93 for 3 courses. Members receive a $8 discount if hosting, organising, or paying for the event.

- Exclusive bridal room

- Canapes on arrival

- All inclusive Australian beverages for 4 hours
- Complimentary menu tasting for the Bride, Groom and parents of the fore mentioned
- Dancefloor and audio visual facilities available
Ceremony onsite is available for an additional $1,000. This includes venue hire for an additional 1 hour.
