The Catchment Brewing Company was dreamt up in a friendship conceived by community; Allana Chris met Katie Nick while their children attended Kindergarten together in West End, Brisbane. Out for a meal and a couple of beers one night the idea came to them; West End should have its own local brewery.
They searched for the perfect site, sought the expertise of legendary brewers, chefs...

They searched for the perfect site, sought the expertise of legendary brewers, chefs and bartenders and went about a complete restoration of 150 Boundary Street in West End. Opening her doors on the 28 th of November 2015, Catchment Brewing Co was inspired by and created to celebrate their local community and the inherently social beverage that is fresh, locally brewed beer.
Catchment is a heritage listed building in the art deco style. Boasting two bars and multiple private function spaces there is something to fit every occasion. Dont be fooled by the art deco façade, this is very much a brewery! Come through the bar and you’ll find our head brewers hide away. This is where the magic happens.

Hidden Windows – soak up the atmosphere of our beautiful listed building, HW is just upstairs and has two perfectly formed balconies. A great space for any sit down lunch or dinner, up to 50 people; cocktail for 80+ (add the balcony for extra room); theatre style for 40; board room 30 people. Boasting its own bar and full AV with projector, HW is the perfect space for your special occasion.
