By purchasing a ticket to this event you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
For school-funded participants, you have approval from your supervisor for registration and payment of costs related to attending.
You will abide by any terms and conditions of entry to the venue where this event is taking place.
You understand that while all care is taken with food preparation, venues take no responsibilities for allergies and reactions to allergies. If you are concerned about food preparation for your specific needs, please liaise with the venue regarding bringing food.
Cancellations
A full refund will be given if the Department of Youth Justice, Employment, Small Business and Training is notified more than 14 days prior to the event.
No refunds are available within 14 days before the event (inclusive).

The State of Queensland (the State) and its official photographer and videographer will be photographing, filming or otherwise recording as part of Queensland Training Awards event.
It may not be possible for our photographer and videographer to obtain every person’s express consent, and your consent may be implied, particularly for staged, group, or participation related images and footage.
Images and recordings of promotional activity may be used, published or reproduced in any form (in whole or in part) by the State, department or Minister, in any medium, including but not limited to newspapers, magazines, brochures, television advertisements, websites and social media to promote, publicise and report on the promotions.
