
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Please note that we require minimum numbers in order to make this workshop viable. In the event that minimum numbers are not reached, we will refund your registration fee in full. We do however suggest that if you are arranging flights, you select the flexi-fare so that flights can be changed if need be, and your accommodation be on the fully refundable rate.
All cancellations must be made in writing to tania.robinson@waikato.ac.nz with refund payments being made after conference. You may assign your registration to another person.
If you are unable to attend, the following cancellation fees apply:
· 14 days before the workshop start date (Monday 22 July): Refund less NZD$75 administration fee. Following which refunds will be made at the discretion of the organising committee.
Insurance
Delegates are encouraged to take personal travel and medical insurance which includes loss or damage of personal possessions, including loss of registration and accommodation fees through cancellation.
