Pierre’s culinary journey started with his apprenticeship in a 1 Michelin Star restaurant in France (Brittany), 20 years ago. This led him to working in two 2 Michelin Stars restaurants (Paris and Courchevel), and in another two 1 Michelin Star restaurants (Lyon and Paris). He then moved to Australia in 2003 and in Brisbane 3 years later.
Private Chef has been operating for over 9 years now, and Pierre has worked in many kitchens, from Noosa to Yamba… he loves the opportunity to meet his customers, tailor their menu to their likes and dislikes. It is always a challenge to cook restaurant quality meals in a home kitchen, and getting first hand feedback is a great pleasure and reward in itself.

Please note that the rattan must not get wet, so we recommend keeping it under cover or inside. The mattress cushion comes with a removable 100% cotton cushion cover.
