| Classroom Profiler Training - Highfields State Secondary College Presented by Warren Wintour What is Classroom Profiling? A confidential, non-judgmental, process that enables a teacher to reflect on the effective learning and teaching strategies they employ to build relationship and manage the behaviour of the students in their care.
Those trained will be able to provide important data for teachers in relation to their implementation of the Essential Skills for Classroom Management. As professional people, the Instructional Leaders will then be able to make informed choices about what they could do in relation to ensuring they are doing the best they can for the staff and students in their schools. It fits very nicely with our Regional Charter of Expectations – particularly Coaching & Feedback.
There is no Quality Assurance attached to this training. Should a participant wish to Upgrade to become an Advanced Classroom Profiler that can occur at a later date requiring an additional three days of training.
