Cancellations / Refunds

Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to training will be refunded/not charged. Cancellations received within 7 working days of the training will not be eligible for a refund. Registrations can be transferred to another person without penalty - but you must inform the training coordinator as soon as possible prior to the training.

How is client information used?

Client information may be used to provide its registered clients with training information or information about changes to, new or upgraded products. 

Modification of client information

If clients needs to or wishes to modify any of their information, including unsubscribing from any mail lists, they can update by logging into the client section of the iVvy website. It is especially important you keep your contact details up-to-date.

iVvy will protect the confidentiality of its client's information, account information and personal communications to the fullest extent possible and consistent with the law and the legitimate interests of iVvy, its partners, its resellers, its employees and other clients of iVvy. To protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information that is collected from clients, iVvy has appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial security procedures in place.
