Payment Details Full payment of registration fees must be made prior to the conference. Delegates will not be admitted to the conference without full payment. Cancellation and Refund Policy • Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to rangahau@waikato.ac.nz before 30 March 2018 • No refund will be given for cancellations • Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time, however please ensure all transfer information is relayed to rangahau@waikato.ac.nz • Please also note that your registration is not secure until payment has been received. If payment is not received your registration risks being cancelled. |
