If a registered, financial delegate cannot attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra cost, provided advice of the change is notified no later than 3 days prior to the event. Alternatively a full registration refund less a $300 service fee will be made for cancellations received in writing up to 14 days prior to the event.
 
No registration refunds can be made for cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event. No refund will be given for the cost of registration if space constraints at the time of registration results in a HotelsWorld delegate being unable to attend Alternative Accommodation World and/or Hotels Creative World.
