The car park facility is operated by the Townsville State High School Parents & Citizens Association and may be used by you, by way of licence strickly in accordance with these conditions:

1. You may use the car park for parking of motor vehicles (excluding trucks, trailers, buses and any other attachment) whilst you have access to the car park and for no other purpose.
2. By using the car park for any purpose, you accept these conditions and do so at your own risk and on the basis that we do not accept and will not be liable to you (including the owner of the vehicle or those travelling with you) for negligence or otherwise at law for claims, costs, interest or damages arising from:-
   I.    Loss or damage to any vehicle and/or its contents, attatchments, accessories or other property; and
   II.   Death or injury of any person in the car park whosoever caused; and
   III.  Loss or damage caused or occasioned to anyone by the removal of the vehicle from the car part or the storage of a vehicle elsewhare at our request
   Notwithstanding that any such claim shall arise as consequence of the negligent act or omission of Townsville State High School Parents and Citizens Assocation and its members, Townsville State High School and its staff, The Department of Education and Training, or the State Government of Queensland.
3. If you do not comply with this licence you authorise us to remove your vehicle from the car park and arrange for it to be stored at such place as we determine on the basis that the the vehicle will be returned to you upon payment of all costs associated with its removal and storage.
4. Gates open at 5.30am and will close at 7.00pm. On Saturday night the gates will remain open until midnight.
5. Patrons must obey and follow all directions given to them by the car park assistants.
6. Access to the car park is via the Rising Sun end of Queens Road into Flowers Street and then into First Street. Patrons will not be able to access the car park from the Railway Estate end of Queens Road.
