INSURANCE

Delegates shall be regarded in every aspect as carrying their own risk for loss or injury to person or property, including baggage during the conference. We strongly recommend that at the time of booking your travel and tours you take out a travel insurance policy of your choice. The policy taken should include the loss of deposit through cancellation, medical insurance, loss or damage to personal property, financial loss incurred through disruptions to accommodation or travel arrangements due to strikes or other industrial action or cancellations. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event if circumstances beyond their control deem it necessary.  The organisers are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance. The Scientific Faculty, The Human Genome Variation Society nor the Event Manager Meeting Makers Pty Ltd will take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

REFUND POLICY


Cancellations of registration received up to 16th August 2018 will be eligible for a full refund, less an US $20 Administration Fee.

Cancellations received from 17th August 2018 will be 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.


TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION

In the event that you are no longer able to attend - you may TRANSFER your registration to another person provided sufficient time is allowed and notice is given to the Event Manager.
