In order for a franchise system to truly grow and succeed, the arrangements must be commercially “bankable” (ie solution oriented and bankable).
Lawyers have a tendency to create documents which might technically be very sound but, which in terms of being “commercially” sound, are deficient and therefore “un-bankable”.
We need to create fair commercial arrangements which a funder can “bank” comfortably and with confidence.
