Set within a picturesque 36-hectare country estate at Bowral in the New South Wales Southern Highlands, Peppers Craigieburn combines its 100-year-old historic charm with a distinctly modern ambience and décor. This majestic country estate is the ideal setting for conferences. Six meeting rooms can be adapted for small intimate meetings to large gala dinners for up to 160 delegates.

The tastefully refurbished retreat boasts 72 beautifully appointed rooms featuring views of the golf course or superbly landscaped gardens. When the work is done there’s still lots to do – billiards, tennis and golf. Hickory's Restaurant & Bar offers scenic views and a delectable menu.

A variety of conference activities can be arranged in this area surrounded by National Parks, wineries and other interesting attractions. Peppers Craigieburn is just one and a half hours drive from Sydney and Canberra.
