We offer multiple function areas catering for groups between 5 and 200 guests. With the water-soaked views of the marina from our deck marquees, to the intimacy of our private cocktail lounge, we will have the perfect area for your next event.

Kawana Waters Hotel has 16 Queen accommodation rooms (Queen & Single bed) plus a 3 bedroom Self Contained Apartment, we offer a 10% discount for all function bookings. Please speak with our Functions Manager for more information regarding accommodation discount and booking options.

Yes. We are also happy to help, though a small fee may apply for labour intensive setup. Please ask for details.

Can we run a Bar tab?

Yes you can! These can be arranged beforehand or on the night. We will supply wristbands for your guests. Bar tabs need to be fully paid on the night of function.

Can we bring our own food or beverages?

We had our 2019 Staff Xmas Party here and were made to feel very welcome, staff were very accommodating with our requests and the meals and atmosphere were perfect. We had a lovely time and are considering this venue for our 2020 Xmas Party.
