Only 15 minutes from the CBD, we are proud to be located right at the gateway to South Australian wine regions: the Adelaide Hills are leading the way with alternate varietals and winemaking methods and have become famous for its incredible and multiply awarded craft produce like gin, cheese and beer. With Mclaren Vale, Barossa and Eden Valley just an hour away, there is nowhere better to experience culinary Australia at its best.
Our 3 Chef Hat awarded Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant is regularly named in the top 30 in the country and celebrates our fantastic location and the excellence of local produce through an incredible fine dining experience, while also sporting one of the best wine list in the country. Relaxing downtime is guaranteed with our New York style Arthur Waterhouse Lounge offering world-class cocktails and Adelaide’s largest whiskey selection. And at our onsite Stables Day Spa sanctuary, guests can retreat and revive after a long day exploring the surrounds.
As part of the hotel’s repositioning we have totally refurbish all rooms and public areas.
In conjunction with our heritage cottages onsite, on completion we will be able to accommodate up to 60 guests in separate bedrooms. Our 8 event spaces range from 2 guests right through to a sit-down dinner for 270. All conference spaces have been refurbished including 12 additional open fires, bars in both large event spaces, BOSE sound systems and all built in AV.
