From the impressive 800m2 pillar less Southern Cross Gala Ballroom to the heritage listed Island Suite with a sweeping balcony running the length of the front of the hotel, and a wide variety of other flexible spaces, all venues feature state-of-the-art audio visual and communication facilities and complimentary high speed WiFi.

To compliment the conference and event facilities, the hotel boasts 300 guest rooms and suites with 10 different room categories offering all the comforts and convenience of a 4.5 star hotel. Amenities include two outdoor swimming pools, fitness facilities, mini bar, air conditioning, housekeeping and laundry services, 24-hour reception and room service.

As Fremantle’s largest entertainment venue, the hotel has three bars and two restaurants. The Atrium Garden Restaurant offers a daily breakfast buffet. The Marine Lounge Bar offers all day dining and a stunning alfresco area overlooking the park. The Ball & Chain pub is Fremantle’s oldest pub and has a huge selection of craft beer on tap along with an impressive Cocktail offering. Finally the seasonal Poolside Bar in the Resort Pool area offering refreshing cocktails to sip on the deck overlooking the resort-style pool is the perfect sundowner location.
