Nestled in the heart of Richmond and simultaneously catering for a versatile range of occasions, the Precinct Hotel is a family owned and operated establishment that offers a warm yet sophisticated atmosphere, guaranteed to make any soirée an unforgettable occasion.

At the very heart of the Precinct Hotel is a love of superb cuisine that infuses a perfect measure of culinary tradition and a dash of contemporary flair. Enjoy dishes created by our head chef that are designed to promote the fabulous flavours of seasonal produce.

Architecturally designed with a retractable roof that truly caters for the four seasons of Melbourne, the Precinct courtyard is a metropolitan oasis at the height of summer that transforms to a cosy sanctuary during winter months.

At the Precinct Hotel you can dine outside in the courtyard or indoors where shot silk feature walls, leather banquettes and an original Peter and Chelly Grey sculpture overlook the fireplace.
