Ideally located between Kings Park and the Swan River and just a few minutes walk to the city centre it is the perfect choice for short, medium and long term hotel or serviced apartments accommodation whether you are travelling for business or leisure purposes.The apartment hotel offers all the services and facilities provided by a hotel but with added convenience and space of a fully self contained apartment. There is ample complimentary undercover secure parking for hotel guests.

Our 4 flexible function rooms can accommodate up to 90 people and are ideal for training seminars, trade shows, meetings or social events.
For your comfort, we can provide the complimentary use of our Courtside Restaurant for lunch or dinner breaks. Arrival, morning and afternoon tea can be served in the suite or in a breakout area. Half-daily delegate packages and cocktail packages start from just $35 per person.
