Cedar Creek Lodges and Thunderbird Park share a 112-hectare rainforest property on Tamborine Mountain. The two elements of the property give visitors a range of options. Cedar Creek Lodges offers a choice of accommodation for family holidays, romantic escapes and honeymoons plus outstanding conference and wedding facilities. Thunderbird Park caters for caravans and camping, bunkhouse groups and school camps.
The range of adventures at Thunderbird Park, which are all available for day visitors as well, includes fossicking for ancient thundereggs, the Tree Top Challenge adventure park, horse riding and Laser Skirmish. Cedar Creek Lodges guests can enjoy all of this by strolling a few minutes to these sections of the property or they can simply relax and enjoy the sounds of Cedar Creek and the rainforest. All guests and can enjoy quality dining in the onsite Rainforest Restaurant and Lounge Bar or the more casual Thunderbird Terrace with its wood fired pizza oven. Both dining facilities are open to the public as well.
