Welcome to the Coopers Alehouse Gepps Cross, where our passion for great food, excellent service and of course, beer, is what we bring to you. When planning your next conference, get together or special event, look no further than one of our warm and inviting private rooms. We have the ability to cater for all private events, from intimate settings to large scale gatherings of up to 140 guests. Let us impress your guests with hand crafted menus, advanced AV tech and a relaxed atmosphere.

Can we customise our beverages for the bar tab?

Absolutely! We print custom menus for each event so you can select as few or as many items as you wish!

Can we put decorations around the room?

The only restrictions are no open flames and scatters, other than that it's all yours! We also have numerous centrepieces, helium balloons and lighting options here at the venue so just say the word and we'll decorate for you!

How long do we have the room for?

Our event spaces are booked for a 5 hour period, though if you would like to extend this please advise our events team upon booking and we will be happy to do so.
