Our large Canberra functions venue hosts a variety of unique and spacious event rooms capable of comfortably catering to small group meetings of 6 as well as large conferences and cocktail parties of up to 200. State-of-the-art audio and video equipment and FREE, unlimited WI-FI ensure that our function rooms in Canberra supply you with the technology you require during your presentation or party. The Forrest Suite is our most flexible conference room and can be utilised as one large space or broken down into three smaller function rooms, making it perfect for when you need a boardroom for the morning meeting and theatre layout in the afternoon. If you are looking for more intimate space, our smaller function rooms include five purpose-built executive boardrooms ideal for an team meetings or multiple break-out sessions.

Yes, we do have parking underneath our hotel, although please note that this is on availability. This is offered to delegates at $12.00 per car per day. You can either have delegates pay for this themselves or instruct that you would like all parking to be charged to your company.
You are not able to provide your own AV equipment as we do need all electrics to be tag and tested for OH&S reasons. We are able to supply you with all AV requirements so long as we know prior. Please note that some of these do come at an additional cost.
All of our proposal are tailored depending on what you require for your day. As we have 14 function spaces all of them have different capacities, which depends on your required set up. Once we can get all the information that you require for your conference we will provide you with your tailored quote.
We are able to accommodate most changes, although all minimum revenue costs will stay that same to what you have been contracted.
We offer all clients and their delegates free and unlimited WiFi for the duration of the conference. You will be advised of the WiFi password on the first day of your conference. Our WiFi speed is 50Mbps.
