Specialising in conferencing and large social events for up to 1000 guests, we provide full-service event solutions, with provisions such as multiple restaurants, hotel accommodation, gaming facilities and a rooftop lounge bar all onsite, for your guests or delegates to enjoy. We are conveniently located outside the city, on the trainline, just 15 minutes from the airport and across from Westfield, with plenty of onsite parking.

At Southern Sydney Event Centre our customer service is second to none. Our event services team have vast experience throughout the industry and are dedicated to not only delivering an event, but a executing a holistic event experience for both the organiser and guests from start to finish.

Yes! We would be happy to give you a scheduled walk-through of our venue and answer any questions you may have. Please contact the event staff to book a site visit.
No, food or beverage from outside the Club can be brought onsite.
Southern Sydney Event Centre have a wide variety of catering options available in our packages which include, canape, banquet, buffet options and more
No, we do not cater for 18th birthday celebrations, however we do allow 16th birthdays and 21st birthdays.
You are more than welcome to provide your own decorations. If you are hiring a service provider to set up those decorations, we will require a copy of their Public Liability documents along with contact name and number.
We do not allow things to be stuck to our walls and no table scatters are permitted
Yes their is disabled access from entry to the venue up to our event rooms
Yes you can. We will required a copy of their Public Liability documents along with a contact name and number.
For bands, our AV tech may be required at a cost to you.
Yes, accommodation is available at Travelodge Hurstville. Please ask the events team for more details
Full payment is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
We accept payments via EFT, Visa and Mastercard
