Any outside catering would require approval from the Executive Chef - this can be done in writing to your Event Coordinator. An indemnity would need to be completed for any approved catering.

The Esplanade Hotel has automated entry self - parking for resident guests & guests to the Hotel. Self parking is $30.00 per vehicle per 24hours - discounts available if booking conferences & events.
