Club Boathouse
The entire 3 levels of Noosa Boathouse can be transformed into one grand space for exclusive use. Club Boathouse can hold up to 350 guests cocktail style and can see your guests roam over all 3 levels, with options to include a combination of cocktail, sit down and lounge spaces, a dance floor plus 3 outdoor deck spaces. This is the ultimate venue for a large corporate event in a stunning Noosa waterfront location.
River Room
The most popular function space is located on the second level with floor to ceiling glass windows, stunning water and sunset views, plus a large private deck area. This space is ideal for gala dinners, cocktail parties, meetings, expos and waterfront lunches.

Club Boathouse - Entire Venue
For the ultimate event venue, the entire 3 levels of Noosa Boathouse can be transformed into one grand space with a complete rethink of the space’s styling. The exclusive sole use of the venue can see your guests roam over all 3 levels and can include a combination of cocktail, sit down and lounge spaces. Club Boathouse can hold up to 350 guests cocktail style, with the option of a seated dinner for up to 120 in the River Room or restaurant level. This is the ultimate venue for a large corporate event in a stunning Noosa waterfront location.
River Room
This is the largest of our three waterfront function spaces and is perfect for a stand up cocktail party up to 250 or sit down lunch or dinner for up to 120. The recently renovated space on the 2nd floor features generous panoramic floor to ceiling windows which maximize the river breezes and stunning Noosa sunsets, a private balcony, private bar and a dedicated team of chefs allowing guests to experience the best flavours our region has to offer.
Sunset Bar
This space is perfect for canapés and cocktails while taking in the stunning Noosa sunset from the top level of the Boathouse. This stand up cocktail style venue offers a private indoor bar area plus a large covered deck area to extend the entertaining space and to allow your guests to enjoy the unobstructed panoramic views of the Noosa River.
Eastern Deck
Located on the Eastern side of the restaurant, right on the water, this private deck is perfectly suited for an exclusive lunch or dinner event. The absolute waterfront deck is a covered outdoor area separate from the restaurant that works extremely well for a summer/spring functions.
