Our Matilda Bay story focuses on the significance of food as a social experience, food as something that brings us together, food as a way of cementing relationships and driving the very essence of what makes us human – personal connection. We understand there is something special about sharing food, whether that be with a loved one, or loved ones. It’s a long held ritual, an opportunity to bond, to interact, to create memories, to live. The Roe Room is a flexible choice offering formal sit down events catering for up to 140 guests from our dedicated on site kitchen. Having read across our site, you’ll be familiar now with the fact that as a venue specializing in food, we take food seriously. No offsite catering when you have a function or event at Matilda Bay. Your guests will receive the highest quality food befitting of your seminar or event.

The room is fully equipped with a portable data projector, a presentation lectern and mic, along with a lapel and hand held mic. Our purpose built private dining room - the Wine Room, offers an intimate dining or private function experience for up to 20 people.
