REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The Meeting attendance is in-person only. The sessions will not be recorded.
All registration fees are in Australian dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Payment of registration fees
All payments must be in Australian dollars. Payment may be made by:
Credit card – all major cards accepted (Note that payments will appear as IVVY PTY LTD on your credit card statement.)
Cancellation of registration must be emailed to the organisers.
Fees paid will be refunded as follows:
Cancellation on or before Monday 5th August 2024 - full payment less administration fee of $110 incl GST.
Cancellation on and after Tuesday 6th August 2024 - no refund.
Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the Meeting.
Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the Meeting provided the Organisers are advised in writing.
The ANZCNS Member rates apply to delegates who are current financial ANZCNS Members for entire membership period.
Subscriptions in arrears will need to be paid first before you can register at member rates.

You may also join the ANZCNS at the time of registration to obtain the member rate. Your membership application must be approved by the ANZCNS Board before the 2024 Annual Scientific Meeting commences.

ANZCNS EDUCATION DAY
In the spirit of continuing further education with Paediatric Brain School, the ANZCNS would like to invite trainees and interested others to attend the ‘Education Day’ to follow on after the ANZCNS 2024 Meeting (4-6th September).
This will occur on the afternoon of Friday 7th September, and the the morning of Saturday 7th September.
Trainees will be supported by the ANZCNS to attend the sessions. Consultants who would like to attend, are asked to contribute a fee of $165pp incl GST.
Registration is in conjunction with the ASM, and you can indicate your attendance by ticking a relevant box on your online registration form.

Meeting Dinner
Thursday, 5th September 2024, 7.00-11.00pm
Cost: $180pp
Special discount offered to ANZCNS Trainees: 15 tickets at $100pp on a first come, first serve basis. Cost of the ticket will revert to $180pp after all 15 tickets have been sold.
The Meeting dinner will be held at Kamana Lakehouse, a 10-minute walk from the Heritage Hotel. Dinner will commence at 7pm in their private room, The Ledge with its stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables mountain range.
A coach service will be provided between the Heritage Hotel and the Kamana Lakehouse, departing the Hotel at 6.45pm and returning guests back by 11pm.
There is a maximum capacity of 65 guests for the dinner, so please do not delay in booking your ticket.
