REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The Meeting attendance is in-person only. The sessions will not be recorded.
All registration fees are in Australian dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Payment of registration fees
All payments must be in Australian dollars. Payment may be made by:
Credit card – all major cards accepted (Note that payments will appear as IVVY PTY LTD on your credit card statement.)
Cancellation of registration must be emailed to the organisers.
Fees paid will be refunded as follows:
Cancellation on or before Monday 4th August 2025 - full payment less administration fee of $110 incl GST.
Cancellation on and after Tuesday 5th August 2025 - no refund.
Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the Meeting.
Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the Meeting provided the Organisers are advised in writing.
The ANZCNS Member rates apply to delegates who are current financial ANZCNS Members for entire membership period.
Subscriptions in arrears will need to be paid first before you can register at member rates.
You can log in to your ANZCNS membership account here to check your status.
You may also join the ANZCNS at the time of registration to obtain the member rate. Your membership application must be approved by the ANZCNS Board before the 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting commences.

ANZCNS EDUCATION DAY
In the spirit of continuing further education with Paediatric Brain School, the ANZCNS would like to invite trainees and interested others to attend the ‘Education Day’ to follow on after the ANZCNS 2025 Meeting.
This will occur on the afternoon of Friday 5th September, and the morning of Saturday 6th September.
Trainees will be supported by the ANZCNS to attend the sessions. Consultants who would like to attend, are asked to contribute a fee of $170pp incl GST.
Registration is in conjunction with the ASM, and you can indicate your attendance by ticking a relevant box on your online registration form.

Meeting Dinner
Thursday, 4th September 2025
Time: 7.00-11.00pm
Cost: $120pp
Bookings can be made as part of the registration process.
The Meeting dinner will be held at The Jetty South Bank, only a 600 metre walk from the Mantra South Bank Hotel and 800m walk from the BCEC. Situated at the northern end of South Bank’s River Quay dining precinct, The Jetty is nestled in a riverside nook with spectacular uninterrupted views across the Brisbane River to the CBD.
Please note there is a maximum of 80 guests for dinner so please do not delay in booking your ticket.
