CONFERENCE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

The organisers understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the meeting you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.

Cancellation of Registrations received up to 31st August 2019 will be eligible for a full refund, less a US$20 Administration Fee.

Cancellations of Registrations received from 1st September 2019 to 14th September 2019 will be eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations of Registrations received from 15th September onwards will be 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
