How to book your booth

Book your booth in less than 15mins by following these simple steps:

Check out our event floor plan & inclusions below
Check which booths are currently available: select the 'Booths' drop down button below. Booths that are already booked will be labelled as 'Reserved'.
Select your preferred booth, based on the floor plan displayed below
Enter your name and e-mail address and click 'Register'
Follow the registration steps and pay for your booth in real-time. Note: you'll need to upload your logo and a copy of your public liability insurance
Upon completion, you will be sent our full exhibition pack, including bump-in and out instructions, etc.

BOOTH INCLUSIONS

Complimentary ticket & marketing inclusions:

One complimentary conference ticket: for ONE exhibition staff member to attend AFIC in full – includes entry into the conference across the two days, including both evening networking events and all conference catering
Listing in AFIC's program & exhibition booklet: distributed to all AFIC delegates at the conference – includes company logo (supplied by you) and your company’s primary contact details

Booth inclusions:

Booth size: all booths are 2000mm wide x 2000mm deep x 2500 high
Front fascia panel (sign panel): featuring your company’s name printed in plain text and the number of your booth
Walls: 3mm thick white melamine board secured by an aluminium frame system
Lighting: 1 x arm light placed on the back of the wall. Combined with the venue lighting and the venue’s abundant natural light, you will be provided with sufficient lighting
Power: 1 x 4amp (1000W max) power point will be placed within each booth. If you have higher power requirements, please let us know
Flooring: Venue carpet

Note: furniture and additional raised flooring or AV equipment can be booked through our professional expo hire contractor
