Australian Festival Industry Conference 2025

General inclusions:

• One complimentary conference ticket: for ONE exhibition staff member to attend AFIC in full – includes entry into the conference across the two days, including both evening networking events and all conference catering
• Listing in AFIC's program & exhibition booklet: distributed to all AFIC delegates at the conference – includes company logo (supplied by you) and your company’s primary contact details

Booth inclusions:

• Booth size: all booths are 2500mm wide x 2000mm deep x 2400 high
• Front fascia panel (sign panel): featuring your company’s name printed in plain text and the number of your booth
• Walls: 3mm thick white melamine board secured by an aluminium frame system
• Lighting: 1 x arm light placed on the back of the wall. Combined with the venue lighting and the venue’s abundant natural light, you will be provided with sufficient lighting
• Power: 1 x 4amp (1000W max) power point will be placed within each booth. If you have higher power requirements, please let us know
• Flooring: Venue carpet
