Fulltime Registration

Day Registration 
Members & non-members
  • Selected day catering including breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon tea

  • Day registration does NOT include networking function tickets. These can be purchased.
Spouse and family program registration
  • Complimentary attendance at the conference official opening and keynote address
  • Welcome reception supper and drinks package
  • Friday night social ticket (including dinner – cash bar)
  • Conference gala dinner and awards ticket (including pre-dinner reception, dinner and beverages)
  • All other spouse, partner and children’s activities outlined in the QRMFN program (for spouse/partners and children aged under 16)  
  • The trade exhibit is open to delegates only, no children are permitted in the trade space at any time

RDAQ aims to create a supportive, non-judgemental, friendly, fun, inclusive, empowering and professional learning environment for everyone to enjoy. Our ‘Code of Conduct’ helps to uphold these community values for our delegates, sponsors, volunteers and staff. We recognise all Australian laws relevant to Discrimination and Sexual Harassment and are committed to safety for our attendees, including feeling safe and supported to raise any concerns with us.

We ask all delegates, sponsors, volunteers and staff to be particularly mindful of their behaviour during licensed networking events. We support our venues to enforce Responsible Service of Alcohol standards.

We are an inclusive organisation and will not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment. Persons demonstrating behaviours consistent with sexual harassment or discrimination will be asked to leave the conference. Please ensure you respect other attendees’ personal space.

QRMFN Family Program Registration

We would like to advise that Family Program activities for children are limited.

Therefore, if you are brining your family, we ask you to register early. Registrations close 3 May 2023

Spouse only program will remain open and you can register your Spouse by purchasing Spouse ticket.

COVID –19 Policy

Book with confidence! Our flexible terms and conditions provide you with the following options if COVID-19 measures prevent you from attending RDAQ 2023:

You can cancel your registration after 2 May but prior to 22 May for a full refund of your registration fee less $150 administration fee.

Your registration can be transferred to another person in your organisation.

for all people who participate/attend The RDAQ Conference to follow the COVID-19 safe requirements as defined in the COVID-19 Plan for Events.
