In accordance with our liquor licensing responsibilities, we are unable to permit liquor to be bought onto the premises. We also do not allow external catering onsite as we have our own fully functional restaurant; Vista@Headland.
Yes, we have free onsite parking and two disabled car parks available
The minimum number for weddings is 60 guests, and 40 guests for all other functions. Smaller intimate events can be arranged but approval must be granted by Club Management
No, we don't have any onsite accommodation. However we are only a 10 minute drive from the accommodation hotspots of Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, so there are plenty of options close by
Absolutely, solo, duo, band, DJ or your own playlist!
Absolutely, kids are allowed in our Clubhouse and Function room, however must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times
Yes, a deposit is required upon confirmation of your booking with our Function Coordinator

  • Following the ceremony, group and family photos can be taken on the green
  • For the bridal party, photography may take place on the 10th, 11th and 12th holes and can begin no earlier than 4:00pm

  • Note: All photography packages must be approved by the Golf and Operations Manager due to some golfing events impacting on course access
