On behalf of the Epilepsy Society of Australia, we have great pleasure in inviting you to attend the 38th Annual Scientific Meeting, which will be held November 6th-8th, 2024 in Hobart, Tasmania.

The major themes at the 2024 meeting will be New and Emerging Treatment in Epilepsy, Epidemiology and Genetics, and Neurodevelopmental Effects of Antiseizure Medications.
Our confirmed international guest speakers are Professors Ding Ding (Shanghai, China), Page Pennell (Pittsburgh, USA) and Stéphane Auvin (Paris, France). 

We anticipate that the meeting will attract about 250 delegates from around Australia and the region, including trainees, practising neurologists, technologists, scientists, nurses, and allied health professionals, providing great opportunity for networking and exchange of information.

The 2024 meeting will be held at the Grand Chancellor Hotel on the waterfront in Hobart, with the conference dinner held in a historic setting within the old IXL jam factory, with a glass rooftop.

We look forward to hosting a memorable, informative and collegial meeting.
