Accommodation Booking

We have arranged a small number of rooms at the Course venue - Mercure Moscow Paveletskaya and also the hotel next door Ibis Moscow Paveletskaya. The hotels are in the center of Moscow, 2 mins from Paveletskaya station and the AeroExpress to Domodedovo airport.

You may book your room at our hotels during the registration process. Bookings close 20th April 2019 or until sold out.

Our rates include breakfast and VAT.

If you would like to stay nights before or after the event and they are showing as not available, please ask the Event Manager as these are on request to the hotels before you make a payment.

If you are sharing a room with another delegate, only one of you needs to book the room. Please indicate the name of the delegate you are sharing with in the comments field.

If you require an extra bed, the hotels charge a fee; please contact the Event Manager to add the extra person to the booking before you make a payment.
