REFUND POLICY


CONFERENCE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

The organisers understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the Course you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a €50 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before Monday 25th March 2019. Registration cancellations received between Tuesday 26th March and Thursday 25th April 2019 will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees. No refunds will be issued on or after Friday 26th April 2019. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

Obtaining of VISA

The organisers shall make every effort to assist applications for visas however Meeting Makers Pty Ltd, Global Variome Ltd and The Human Variome Project will not be held responsible for any problems connected with requirements of authorized agencies at obtaining of visas and realization of customs procedures. If you fail to obtain a visa on-time cancellation procedures will be according to the Refund Policy set out on this page. We therefore suggest you make steps to obtain your visa ahead of the event.  For most individuals, this should not be a problem.  We suggest you use a travel agent to book your flights so they will assist you with the visa process.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

The organisers understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the Course you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate to stay in the booked accommodation room at no extra charge. A full refund less a €50 service fee will be issued for cancellations of rooms received on or before Friday 20th of April 2019. No refunds will be issued on or after Saturday 21st April 2019. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. If your room has not been fully paid by Friday 20th of May it will be cancelled.
