The conference will take place at the Millennium Hotel Rotorua, which is located next to Lake Rotorua and just a brief stroll from the city centre.
Rotorua is located on a volcanic plateau in the center of New Zealand's North Island.
- Accommodation is not included in the registration price; participants must arrange their own accommodation.

There are many alternative accommodation options within a 10 minute walk from the conference venue, ranging from budget backpackers to hotels.
The hotel WiFi will be available to all conference participants during the conference. Only morning teas and afternoon teas are included in the conference registration. Lunch and dinner are available in the hotel itself or at many nearby restaurants within a 10 minute walk.
