English will be the language spoken at all lectures and training sessions.

What is included in my Course registration fee?
Course Registration Includes:
- Attendance at all course sessions
- All coffee breaks
- Lunch during the conference official times
- Various administrative costs
What is NOT included in the registration fee?
- Accommodation
- Travel and transfers
How do I register for the conference?
Registrations are accepted via the green registraton button at the top of the homepage.
What is the Earlybird Registration Deadline?
To save on registration fees, the Earlybird deadline is 15th June 2018. This has been extended to 30th June, there will be NO further extensions.
When is the Abstract Closing Date?
Abstracts are to be submitted by email following the instructions on the Abstracts Page. The closing date for submissions is 30th June 2018.
What is the cut-off date to register for this Course?
Pre-registration is REQUIRED to secure your place. Those registering from 20th August 2018 onwards will pay a penalty of AUD $100. There are only a limited number of places available due to space contraints so secure your place by booking early.
I need to cancel, is there a cancellation policy?

Do I need to wear a name badge?
Your name badge is your entry to the Course. This is required for security reasons and your own safety.
Do I need personal insurance?
Delegates shall be regarded in every aspect as carrying their own risk for loss or injury to person or property, including baggage during the conference. We strongly recommend that at the time of booking your travel and tours you take out a travel insurance policy of your choice. The policy taken should include the loss of deposit through cancellation, medical insurance, loss or damage to personal property, financial loss incurred through disruptions to accommodation or travel arrangements due to strikes or other industrial action or force majeure. The organisers are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.
