INSURANCE

Delegates shall be regarded in every aspect as carrying their own risk for loss or injury to person or property, including baggage during the conference. We strongly recommend that at the time of booking your travel and tours you take out a travel insurance policy of your choice. The policy taken should include the loss of deposit through cancellation, medical insurance, loss or damage to personal property, financial loss incurred through disruptions to accommodation or travel arrangements due to strikes or other industrial action. The organisers are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance. The Scientific Faculty nor Global Variome Limited, The Human Variome Project or Meeting Makers Pty Ltd will take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

REFUND POLICY


REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

Cancellations of registration & accommodation received up to 27th June 2018 will be eligible for a full refund, less an AUD $30 Administration Fee.

Cancellations received from 28th June 2018 will be 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.


TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

In the event that you are no longer able to attend - you may TRANSFER your registration & accommodation to another person provided sufficient time is allowed. No transfers after 20th August 2018.
