On the 25th July, we have organised a conference activity, which is to visit the Great Barrier Reef as a group. We hope the time off together will give the attendees further opportunities to get to know each other.

We have negotiated a discounted rate for APDRC6 attendees on the Reef Magic experience on Tuesday the 25th of July. We can offer this experience for $259 per person (Adult) (usual rate $299). You can book during registration.

You will be collected at 9am at the marina, before being transported to the Great Barrier Reef’s newest pontoon. You will have until 5pm on a pontoon over the reef before getting a boat back to the marina.

4 - 14 yrs = $142
0-3 yrs = free

The day includes:

5 hours at the reef activity platform
Morning and afternoon tea
Buffet lunch
All snorkelling equipment (including FREE wet suit or lycra suit)
Spacious sundeck with lounges and shaded areas for summer
Semi-submersible and glass bottom boat tours with interactive commentary
Great Barrier Reef presentation by a Marine Biologist

Underwater reef viewing observatory
